Banana Bowl Breakfast


simple for kids

Easy simple breakfast I make for Henny and the rest of my family too, the ones who love banana anyways.

INGREIENTS:

1 large banana

1 apple

handful of blueberries

any or no topping such as almond meal nuts, mixed grains, fruit, yoghurt.

We use all these the one in the photo is the tropical pulse from Don Tolman International, click here.

METHOD:

Blend banana and cut apple until smooth no lumps

Pour into a bowl

Add toppings, and thats it!

Enjoy

So quick and easy, plus you can also mix it up with different fruit and toppings and have different bowls yummy! We love mango and banana, pear banana too. Banana is great because is smooth and sweet and blends so well. Let me know what blend you choose😍
