Banana Baby Rusks


BANANA BABY RUSKS šŸŒ

Four ingredients:

Banana • Coconut Milk • Almond Meal • Tapioca Flour

1. Mix 1 part almond meal to 1 part tapioca in a mixing bowl

2. Mash 2 bananas or if a larger batch do more in a separate bowl

3. Add coconut milk to the banana and stir to more runny consistency

4. Add wet to dry and stir

5. With wet hand shape to rusk

6. Put on baking paper on a tray

7. Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes or until brown

8. Place in dehydrator until rock hard
